Refund Policy

1. Pre-Work Cancellation (Full Refund)

Cancel before intake questionnaire sent (typically within 24 hours of payment): full refund. Contact hola@flamingoseorank.com.

2. Post-Intake Cancellation (Partial Refund)

After intake questionnaire sent and audit work begun: partial refund based on proportion of work not yet completed. We provide a written statement of work completed.

3. No Refund Conditions

• All agreed deliverables have been delivered
• Cancellation requested more than 14 days after project start
• Project suspended due to client failure to provide required access
• Used support hours

4. Processing

Approved refunds returned to original payment method within 7 working days.
