2. Payment

All prices in euros. Payment due in full before work begins. Processed via Stripe.

3. Delivery

All deliverables are delivered digitally via email or shared document. Timelines begin from completion of the intake questionnaire.

4. Intellectual Property

All original work produced becomes your property on full payment. We retain the right to reference project type in our portfolio without disclosing client identity unless you grant attribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on factors including algorithm changes. We provide professional expertise and effort.

6. Governing Law

Governed by Spanish law. Disputes resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
